Sítio Penha, located near Serra da Ibituruna in Nova Resende, is known for its scenic setting and high-quality coffee. The farm uses natural processing, drying whole cherries to develop rich, complex flavours that reflect the region’s terroir.
Their coffees are part of Cooxupé’s Especialíssimo program, highlighting consistent quality. Paulo, an agronomist, manages the farm, while Sildete contributes through the Donas do Café initiative, supporting women in coffee.

Grinding Note
We can grind the coffee upon request.
However, we recommend purchasing whole beans whenever possible.
Grind size varies between espresso machines and grinders, and grinding fresh at home will always produce the best flavour and extraction.
