We are a Gold Coast–based specialty coffee roaster dedicated to small batch roasting. Every coffee is carefully roasted on our Giesen 6kg roaster, allowing us to maintain full control over each batch and highlight the true character of the beans.

We focus on realatively light roast profiles to preserve the natural flavors of the coffee — from bright acidity to delicate sweetness and complex aromatics. By roasting in small batches, we’re able to fine-tune each roast and ensure consistency, clarity, and freshness in every bag.
